Atomic commits with Conventional Commits

Rule Description

Make small, focused commits that do one thing well. Use Conventional Commits:
- feat: new feature
- fix: bug fix
- refactor: code restructuring without behavior change
- test: adding or updating tests
- docs: documentation only
- chore: maintenance tasks

Example: `feat: add user authentication endpoint`

Each commit should be independently deployable and revertible.
